Supercut Payment Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL
   1.1. This document (the "Special Conditions") sets forth the terms and conditions under which the services provided by SUPERCUT (the "Services") are to be paid and invoiced.

   1.2. SUPERCUT means Float Labs Limited and its affiliates and/or subsidiaries. Our company registration number is 15626011 and our registered address is at Arquen House, 4-6 Spicer Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England, AL3 4PQ.

   1.3. These Special Conditions, which must be accepted by the User, are complemented by the SUPERCUT Terms of Service (hereinafter, "Terms of Service").
2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTATION AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
   2.1. In case of discrepancy or contradiction, the order of precedence of the contractual documents that conform the agreement between the User and SUPERCUT will be as follows:

   (i) The present Special Conditions.

   (ii) The Terms of Service.

   2.2. These contractual documents replace any other previous agreement between the User and SUPERCUT on the same subject.
3. FEES. CHANGES
   3.1. SUPERCUT reserves at any time the right to require payment of fees for certain or all Services. You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on ourpricing page

   3.2. SUPERCUT reserves the right to change the price and to institute new charges at any time upon notice to you (i.e. on the website and/or by email).

   3.3. By continuing to use or access the Services after such changes come into effect, you agree to be bound by the new or increased charges.

   3.4. Should the User violate their obligations regarding the price, payment conditions or any other condition set out herein or in the Terms of Service, SUPERCUT reserves the right to suspend the Services or terminate the contractual relationship with the User.
4. PAYMENT
   4.1. Payment of the Services is to be made by credit or debit card. Payments are processed by means of a third party, which is certified in accordance with the legal requirements. Therefore, SUPERCUT has no access to payment information, nor subsequently stores said piece of information.

   4.2. You understand and agree that by providing such payment method you are authorizing us to use such method on a recurring basis to collect all fees due. You further authorize us to use a third party to process payments and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third party.

   4.3. You must update the payment information provided to us from time to time, in order to ensure that it's accurate and up-to-date. Should a payment not be processed because you fail to meet the obligations set forth in this section, your access to or use of the Services may be suspended or terminated, as described in more detail in the Terms of Service.
5. REIMBURSEMENTS
   5.1. Fees are nonrefundable, unless otherwise indicated. SUPERCUT will not refund any amount nor grant any credit for contracts that are cancelled before reaching their end date.
6. THIRD PARTIES
   6.1. SUPERCUT is not responsible for the terms and conditions of third-party services.

   6.2. If SUPERCUT refers to third-party services or prices (either collaborators or competitors), User must consult the applicable terms and conditions at any given time.
